    • Within  Hours of Booking: Cancellations made within 5hrs before the scheduled start time are not eligible for a refund.
  • How to Cancel:
    • To cancel your booking, please log in to your account on SuperClasico.in, navigate to your bookings, and select the cancellation option. Alternatively, you can contact our customer support team at mail@superclasico.in | 9940036026 for assistance.
    • You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your cancellation request has been processed.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refund Eligibility:
    • Full Refunds: Bookings canceled within the allowed cancellation window 5hours before the scheduled start time) are eligible for a full refund.
    • No Refunds: Cancellations made within [specific number of hours] of the scheduled start time will not be eligible for any refund.
  • Refund Process:

    • In the unlikely event that the turf is unavailable or unplayable due to weather conditions, maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you the option to reschedule your booking at no additional cost or to receive a full refund.
  • Force Majeure:
    • If your booking is canceled due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), we will provide you with the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
